New Delivery & Pickup

There are two ways to create new delivery or pickup orders.

1. Tap New Delivery in Pending Orders page

2. Tap New Delivery, Pickup at Home screen

You can enter the information (customer name, telephone, address, etc) of new delivery/pickup orders here.

After entering the order information, you will be navigated to the order screen as usual.

The menu will be shown on the left side of the screen. The customer information and order information will be shown on the right side of the screen.

• Missed Calls: if there is any missed call, it will be shown here.
• Add Customer: you can add another customer information here.
• Type of order: Pickup/ Delivery. You can tab this button to change the order type
• Print: you can tap this button to save the order and print the order ticket.

After the order ticket is printed, the order will be sent to kitchen in Pending Orders page.
