Printer Settings

There are 3 types of printer. Each type of printer has its own options to set up. Each option has its own explanation, so you can tap ? to learn more.

You can set up, add, or delete the printer to print order tickets.

You need to select the tax category when you want to add a new order ticket printer.

With all types of printer, there are 4 ways to connect the printer to the POS app

Connection Methods

  1. Network Printer
  2. USB

You can connect the printer through the USB Cable

  • Inserting one end of the cable into the USB port on the printer
  • Plug the other end of the cable into an available USB port on your device (computer or POS terminal).
  1. Bluetooth
  • Download the app 4barcode or 4barcode edit
  • Make a bluetooth connection between the printer and your device (computer, phone, tablet, or POS terminal)
  • Go to VegaPOS → Settings → Printer → choose Bluetooth → connect to the printer
