4.1. Tax

1. You can swipe to turn on/off. If this feature is turned on, taxes will be included in the item price
2. Numbers after the decimal point
3. Choose type of taxes:
   • Dine in tax = Takeaway Tax
   • Dine in tax ≠ Takeaway Tax
   • Don't apply tax
4. Autofill tax by region: if you choose this, the tax information will be filled automatically with the tax imposed in that region
5. Tax information: you can modify or delete tax
6. Create new tax

4.2. Payment

1. Set Default Tip - Service charges: you can add tip and service charges here
2. Payment methods: you can delete/modify payment method here
3. Terminal: you can add new terminal here

[How to install, connect, and pay?]

4.2.1. Install Clover

You have to enter some information to add a new terminal (Clover terminal). You can find this information through Clover site.

• Terminal ID: The device ID is printed in parcel box/ Account & Setup → About your business → Devices → ID

• POS ID
• Access token

4.2.2. Connect VegaPOS to Clover

Settings → Tax & Payments → Terminal → New Terminal

Fill in Link to credit card reader device page of VegaPOS app

After filling Terminal ID, POS ID, and Access token, tap 10 times at Clover Network, LLC to enable Sandbox mode → Turn on Sandbox

You can swipe to turn on/off Enable Manual Tip, Enable Signature if needed.

After adding a new terminal, tap Edit Payment to link Terminal with Card payment.

Select Terminal → Add.

4.2.3. Pay with Clover

When you checkout for the customers, you can choose the payment linked to the terminal.

• If you link Terminal with Payment Method + turn on Auto (e.g. Card tu dong), the payment amount will be the Total amount in Bill (+Tip). Therefore, when choosing Multi payment method mode, you can't choose the payment method linked to Terminal due to the fact that you can't enter the amount manually. The payment process will complete after the customer pays by card through Clover terminal.

• If you don't link Terminal with Payment Method (e.g. Card), you can enter the payment amount in Sale of Clover terminal. The payment amount can be different from Total amount in Bill.

1. (POS screen) Choose the linked payment method
2. (Clover screen) You can add tip or skip to the next step

3. (Clover screen) Insert, tap or swipe card

4. (Clover screen) Choose whether to print the receipt or not.

5. The POS screen shows Approved → Complete

2. Payment method is not linked with Terminal

1. (Clover screen) Use Sale feature for card payment

2. (Clover screen) Enter the sale amount

3. (Clover screen) You can add tip or skip to the next step

4. (Clover screen) Insert, tap or swipe card

5. (Clover screen) Done/ Print receipt/ More options

6. (POS screen) Complete bill
