Reservation System

1. Date Selection

Date: the period of time of reservations shown. You can change the date by some quick selections.

With the Custom mode, you can easily choose the date you want.

2. New Reservation

New Reservation

You can enter the customer's information to create a new reservation.

  • Staff: you can choose whether to add staff or not. If you turn on Multiple Staffs mode, you can not choose the staff to add.
  • Service: you can choose whether to add service or not

3. Status of reservation

There are 3 status of reservations:

Pending: the reservations that have not been checked in

Pending Status

  1. Edit: you can change the information here
  2. Reservation status: Pending/Arrived/Canceled
  3. Cancel: you can cancel the reservation here. You must enter the reason why the reservation is canceled or choose some popular reasons here.

Arrived: the reservations that have been checked in

Arrived Status

Canceled: the reservations that have been canceled

Canceled Status

If you choose Refresh, the reservation will go back to Pending mode

If you choose Check in, the reservation will go to Arrived mode

4. Search bar

You can enter customer's name or phone number to search the reservation
