Order History

The orders completed will be shown here.

On the left side of the screen, you can see the order history. The value of the Amount column does not include tip.

You can sort out the orders by

• Date

• Type

• Payment

• Staff - Customer

On the right side of the screen, you can take some actions with the orders

• Reactivate: you can bring the order back to the table to make changes.
• Payment: you can change the payment method of the order, add tip or service fees here.

• Cancel: you can cancel the order here. The canceled order will not be shown in reports.
• Print: you can choose to print red bill or paid bill
• Refund: partial refund of the order (not applied for cash payment).

1. Refund by amount

You can enter the refund amount and the reason.

2. Refund by items

You can change the quantity of the items. e.g. The number of El Pequinio reduces from 1 to 0 -> the customer will be refunded the value of one El Pequinio

• Void: total refund (not applied for cash payment).
